When I am making choices for what and how to teach my students, I am always seeking high interest materials that will grab the student’s attention and make them more available for learning. Fantasy SCOTUS – Organized by the Harlan Institute, this game allows your students to compete against each other in making predictions about how the Supreme Court will decide cases this term. The site includes lesson plans and tons of other information, and it gets students involved in a much deeper understanding of how the Supreme Court actually works.
